We use either Ninja Van or Qxpress. Regardless, the courier cost is built into the price. Please allow 3 to 7 working days for your delivery to be sent out. You may track your purchase with the respective courier services.
Unfortunately, we do not. However, we are happy to replace your product if you proof that you have received a faulty one within 3 days from the date of receipt of the product.
We accept online payments via PayPal and Stripe. If you are unable to make payment via either channel, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to find a way!
Our products are sent out in a nondescript white padded envelope with no branding. If you want a customised label on the front, please contact us first before purchasing (additional charges may apply).
